How does Edge Ahead work?
Participants complete three blocks of training throughout the year, each with a specific focus, e.g. video, visual design, etc. In each training block, participants will:
Join small group instruction and 1:1 coaching
Receive a live online training session with an expert tutor
Embed new learning into their classroom practice
Access supporting resources via our dedicated online platform to enhance their and their students’ learning
Receive ongoing individual coaching and mentoring support from an expert Edge Gain trainer
Celebrate and exhibit their learning and their students’ outcomes
Includes at least 20 hours of instruction, training, individual coaching and collective review. Schools and institutions can reserve their teachers a place on the programme by contacting us.
